The NBMCA Members (Board of Directors) generally meet the 4th Wednesday of the month, or at the call of the Chair, at 4:00 pm at the Board office, 15 Janey Ave., North Bay. All meetings of the General Membership and Executive Committee are open to the public.

A meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is identified in the closed meeting section of the Agenda and the subject matter meets the criteria for a closed meeting.
The Members' Administrative By-law governs the conduct of the Members' meetings including requests for Delegations and Presentations.
