Parry Sound Office Closure (90 Bowes St.)

After nearly 30 years of serving the Parry Sound area, the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority (NBMCA) office in Parry Sound has closed.

Effective immediately (September 1, 2026), all On-Site Sewage System (OSS) applications, inspections, and general inquiries will be handled through our North Bay office.

What This Means for You:

All new and existing applications, permits, and inquiries related to the On-site Sewage System program should now be directed to the North Bay office.
Our email addresses have also been consolidated. Any messages sent to the former Parry Sound office email will be automatically forwarded to our North Bay team, moving forward please use septic.northbay@nbmca.ca directly.

Our North Bay office is located at 15 Janey Avenue, North Bay, ON P1C 1N1.

We understand this is a significant change for the communities of Carling, Magnetawan, McKellar, Parry Sound and Whitestone.

If you have an active application or ongoing file with our Parry Sound office, it has been transferred to our North Bay team and will continue to be processed without interruption.
