Board Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The NBMCA Members (Board of Directors) generally meet second Wednesday of the month, or at the call of the Chair, at 4:00 pm at the Board office, 15 Janey Ave., North Bay. All meetings of the General Membership and Executive Committee are open to the public.   

Special Closed Members Meeting will be held on September 17, 2025 at 8:30 am. AGENDA

The next NBMCA members meeting will be held on October 8, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Agenda to come.

The last meeting was held on September 10, 2025 at 4:00 pm. AGENDA

A meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is identified in the closed meeting section of the Agenda and the subject matter meets the criteria for a closed meeting.   

The Members' Administrative By-law governs the conduct of the Members' meetings including requests for Delegations and Presentations.

Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

The Executive Committee meets at the call of the Chair.  Meetings are open to the public. Minutes can be found on the Executive Committee Meeting page.
