Board Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The NBMCA Members (Board of Directors) generally meet second Wednesday of the month, or at the call of the Chair, at 4:00 pm at the Board office, 15 Janey Ave., North Bay. All meetings of the General Membership and Executive Committee are open to the public.   

The next members meeting will be held on February 11, 2026 at 4:00 pm. AGENDA.

The last NBMCA members meeting was be held on January 14, 2026 at 4:00 pm. 

A meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is identified in the closed meeting section of the Agenda and the subject matter meets the criteria for a closed meeting.   

The Members' Administrative By-law governs the conduct of the Members' meetings including requests for Delegations and Presentations.

Members Meeting Minutes

Draft Minutes and accompanying reports are posted within 30 days of the Members' Meeting.  Final minutes are posted when approved by the Members.
