(North Bay, Ontario, February 28, 2020)  With the snowfall received over the last 24 hours, snow depth is now slightly above normal for this time of the year, whereas water content is still below normal for this time of the year, reports the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority (NBMCA) who measures snow depth and water content as part of its Flood Forecasting and Warning Program.
